Valeria V. discovers photography at the age of twenty: she begins to see the world in black and white, becoming passionate about the stories that cover it with laughter and tears. Her photos clearly show her love not only for people but also for the eyes, the faces, the smiles and the “ghosts” we often hide inside, that’s why she starts doing what she calls “self-portrait therapy”: thanks to this approach to photography she finds a second character hidden in the shadows of her body, which ends to be beautifully exalted by the contrast of a black and white that before speaking to our eyes, speaks to our feelings
